What do we do?

We are a political interest group for all early-career researchers working in Norway. Whether you have recently defended your thesis, are currently a PhD candidate, or are employed in a research position, we are working to advance policies that will better your terms of employment.

We do this work as a member-driven organization founded on democratic principles. All members are able to effect real change by involving themselves - which challenges do you think are the most pressing for early-career researchers?
